In 2016 a number of potential food safety and market access issues were identified by SafeFish. A process was run which included developing hazard sheets for the food safety issues identified to provide the SafeFish partners with enough information to rank and prioritise them based on a number of factors (political, economic, social etc.) to form the work program for SafeFish for 2017-18.
