In 2014 a number of potential food safety and market access issues were identified by SafeFish. A consultant was engaged to develop hazard sheets for the food safety issues identified to provide the partners with enough information to rank and prioritise them based on a number of factors (political, economic, social etc.) to form the work program for SafeFish for 2015.
